Join us everyday at 8:00am AEST (AEDT during the Australian daylight saving months) for a free 20 minute guided meditation.

Every session is suitable for meditators at all levels, whether completely new or well established. You can sit on a chair, or on a cushion on the floor, wherever you are comfortable. There are no difficult postures or complicated techniques
