Organised by Lerab Ling.
The real distinction between Buddhists and anyone else is not whether they regularly sit on a cushion or have a picture of the Buddha on their wall. It is about how they see the world. And the vision of reality revealed to us by the Buddha through his teachings is quite different from the one we are used to. In this talk, Dominique Side will highlight the most significant aspects of the Buddhist view, contrast them with our own cultural views, and show the implications they have for our lives.
Dominique will also be leading a new 12-week online course on these topics beginning 13th September which is interactive and open to everyone.
Buddhist teacher and author Dominique Side brings over 40 years of experience as a Buddhist student, practitioner, and teacher in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
A replay of the talk will be published in the Prajna library in English with German, French, Spanish & Italian translations.
